Nandico Voice-to-Text Typing Software Fair Use Policy:
- Mic Usage Control: The software will automatically stop the microphone after each report to prevent unnecessary microphone usage.
- Additional Usage Charges: If extra time is used beyond the subscription, additional charges will apply based on the extra duration used.
- Excessive Usage: Users exceeding their allotted time are advised to consider upgrading to Unlimited Subscription plan for uninterrupted service.
- Cumulative Usage: Subscription minutes are cumulative and applicable to all cases within the subscription plan. For example, the Lite plan offers 150 minutes per month for 100 reports.
- Provision for Teleradiology Companies:. Teleradiology company can take subscription for selected radiologist or teleradiologist can directly take plan from nandico sales team.
- Partnership with Third-Party Software: Nandico has partnered with a third-party voice typing software for enhanced convenience. Pricing may be higher compared to other individual voice software due to this partnership. Our goal is to save maximum time for radiologist and add convenience to workflow.
- Alternative Options: Users with high voice typing needs are encouraged to explore other voice typing software options available in the market.
- Discontinuation of Services: Nandico reserves the right to discontinue voice typing services based on the continuation of the agreement with Augnito.
- Usage Monitoring: Nandico monitors individual radiologist usage. If excessive usage is observed, Nandico may suspend or discontinue voice subscription for the specific user without prior notice.
- Uses Calculations: Voice typing uses will be calculated by system will be considered as subscription minutes. Voice uses will be considered on the basis of time for which Mic remains on.
By using Nandico’s voice-to-text typing software, users agree to abide by these fair use policies and understand the associated charges and limitations. Nandico reserves the right to modify this policy with prior notice to its users.
