Name the people who need to receive studies, report, review and share results. Check browser access where the team actually works. Set up templates and report approval steps before asking radiologists to use the new workflow.
Test sharing with real roles
Use a few representative cases to test image access and report sharing with the intended clinicians or patients. Record questions from reception, technologists and reporting staff. Use those findings to adjust the workflow before adding more volume.
