Agree which study details, statuses and reports should be visible across locations. Use the same names for worklist states so people can understand progress without calling another site. Keep local operating details in the procedure, not in assumptions.
Decide where work happens
Some teams need access on a local network, while others need remote access or collaboration. Identify the role of local, cloud or hybrid access for each site. The answer may differ by location and should be reviewed during setup.
Review the handoffs
Test a case that starts at one location and is reported or reviewed at another. Check how the final report returns to the care team. Include the people who register studies, maintain worklists and answer sharing questions.
